Welcome everyone! To the first-ever episode of the Behind The Square! This series will be about a quick summary of what’s been happening, what’s planned and what are the newest features at The Academy.

Feedback is here!

The feedback feature has been in the works for some time and it’s out now! Actually, it’s been out for a little over 3 weeks but since this is the first episode, I thought I’d mention it here, so more people know about it.

If you want to read more about the comments, Michal Malewicz wrote more in-depth about it here.

If you’re a PRO user, you can find the comments in your dashboard, under the “Feedback” section.
I’m glad to say we have now given over 1800 comments over 3–4 weeks period. What a ride!

Information Architecture Challenge (IA Challenge)

Since the GFX Challenge has been out for over a month, it’s time for a new one! This one however is the first challenge we have on the academy site, that’s for PRO users.
Don’t worry, if you’re not a PRO yet, there are plenty of challenges out there for you and more to come :).

Again, since this is the first one for PRO users, Michal wrote a dedicated article for it, so you can do the challenge properly and get the most out of it.

The most exciting thing about the challenge is the flows, you will be in charge of them and learn how to do proper User Flows, so your product and design make sense.

Not to mention, clients like them too.

Follow feature

That’s right, follow is here!

You are able to follow your favorite people on the platform and get notified of their work. There’s plenty to follow there! We’re not running short of people, over 12k!

After you follow someone, the designs will show in the Browse designs --> “For You” chronologically.
